Hello, my name is Paula Grookett. I live, work and play in Columbia, SC. I am married to Bob, a former school principal and my number one computer repair consultant. We have two children, Rob and Tara. Rob is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He works at the university and plays saxophone in a band called "Lefty at the Washout." My daughter Tara (a graduate of Georgia Tech) is married to Rick (also a graduate of Georgia Tech) and they have two beautiful children: a son named Colin Patrick, and a daughter named Caitlin Anne. My wonderful mom, Loretta, lives in Memphis as does my sister-in-law, Janice. Janice has two bright, good looking children, Jennifer and Steven. I also have great in-laws. My mother-in -law, Johnnie lives about 3 blocks from us. From time to time you will see my sisters-in-law, Margie, Chris and Tamie on the Family page. My brothers-in-law David and Harry might show up too! And then there are those great nieces and nephews-in-law (is there such a term), Debbie, "little" Perry, Herrick, Brandon, Zach, and Wister are great. My family is the best. This site is about me and my family and my hobbies, interests and friends. I try to update it often. I hope you enjoy it.

Librarian
I am one of the Library Ladies. We are a group of retired librarians who meet for lunch to share old times and new adventures. Our meeting in June, 2006, was at Olive Garden.
